Numerical Portability

The numerical portability process encompasses both prepaid and postpaid functionality for customers wishing to transfer their service to VIVA.

Key characteristics of the process include:

• Registration of the number to be ported along with the identity document of the holder.
• Customer management, considering the following scenarios:
• • Existing customer
  • New customer
  • Existing customer with a duplicate document
• Selection of the sales type:
• • Postpaid: Enabled for store users and applicable when the customer qualifies for a maximum indebtedness amount based on:
  • The number's presence in the pre-approved portability database
  • The customer qualifies for an express flow under defined CRM criteria
  • Prepaid: Enabled for dealer and store users when the customer does not qualify for an express postpaid plan.
• Selection of the commercial offer and add-ons applicable for postpaid sales.
• Digitization of the identity document.
• OCR recognition of basic customer information from the identity document for new customers.
• Digitization of the portability form.
• Registration of the customer's photograph.
• Initiation of the portability process.
• Notifications regarding changes in the status of portability processes.
• A list of processes generated from the application.
